Do you do violence to your soul?
“Non-violence is not a garment to be put on and off at will. Its seat is in the heart, and it must be an inseparable part of our being.” – Mahatma Gandhi
This week we are in the Mother Land. I call the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, Mexico, the Mother Land as it feels like home to me. Not only does this potent earth vortex bathe our hearts in connection and expansion, the lovely generous people at the Dreaming House nourish us in every way.
Teotihuacan is an ancient, light-filled, spiritual university that naturally heightens awareness. As you open to increased perception you are able to see more clearly how you are dreaming your life, and view new possibilities.
As with the light of increased awareness, we also see the ways we may be perpetuating the violence of needless suffering in our life. This is not the kind of violence you see on the nightly news, yet it is a subtler form. It is the violent ways the mind’s beliefs and habits create a state of chronic discontent.
Whether discontent is in the background of our unconscious, or at the forefront of our awareness, it can become so familiar we think it is normal. When in actuality, it is a form of violence we do to our soul.
This week, use your awareness to inventory whether any of these 8 Violent Vibrations impact your soul on a regular basis.
SHAME ~ GUILT ~ APATHY ~ GRIEF
FEAR ~ DESIRE ~ ANGER ~ PRIDE
Raising Your State is about unwinding the contractions of the mind that create these Violent Vibrations. It is about expanding beyond these chronic low-energy states so that your heart can truly nurture your soul.
